minefor.fun

Every hash is an independent attempt.

minefor.fun provides Bitcoin block templates to browser CPU/GPU miners and Stratum V1 ASICs. Ordinary shares are proof of work for statistics; they do not earn a payout.

Direct payout

A valid block's coinbase transaction assigns 98% of its subsidy and included transaction fees to the winning miner's Bitcoin address. The treasury gets 2%, rounded down to the nearest satoshi. A block must remain in the active chain; coinbase outputs need 100 additional confirmations before spending.

Buyback & burn

The treasury allocation is intended entirely for MINE BTC buyback and burn. MINE BTC CA: BTCYsqt3nW7SagHuXaMvWo1rGzhyVQmZpcqZRPDRKBTC on Pump.fun. The BTC treasury receives the 2% fee from an accepted Bitcoin block. Buybacks and burns of the token are manual, after coinbase maturity, and must be separately documented with transaction proofs. This application does not automatically trade or burn the token.

Browser mining

Mining only starts when you click Start. CPU mining uses a bundled WebAssembly SHA-256d engine in Web Workers. GPU uses WebGPU compute. Each worker gets a separate coinbase extranonce to avoid overlapping work. The main button changes from Start Mining to Stop Mining and releases resources when clicked again. A test block in REGTEST stops the session automatically and preserves its last measured hashrate (very short tests are not reliable speed benchmarks). Test addresses start bcrt1, while mainnet payout addresses typically start bc1; the pool must be configured for MAINNET before real BTC addresses can be used. The intensity setting controls duty cycle, not temperature. Background tabs may be throttled.

Consumer hardware has an extremely low probability of finding a Bitcoin block. Time spent mining does not build up a chance that guarantees a win. Network difficulties and pool statistics are different measurements.

Statistics

Browser rates count completed local hash attempts and are not used as authoritative pool rates. Pool rates are statistical estimates from validated share difficulty over 1/5/15-minute windows. Best share means best accepted share, not the best of every local hash. No market-price feed or network-hashrate estimate is included.

Privacy

The browser remembers your public payout address in local storage. With Telegram enabled, the bot publicly announces shortened miner addresses, connection modes and accepted blocks to @minefor_fun. The server stores public addresses, worker names, session times, accepted share difficulty and discovered blocks. Share rows are retained for 7 days; aggregate miner records, sessions and blocks persist until the operator removes them. IP addresses are used in memory for connection limits; reverse proxies may log IPs. No private key, seed, wallet signature, analytics service or third-party fonts are requested.

Release status

This is an initial self-hosted implementation. Start on regtest and review the included validation report before mainnet. ASIC compatibility varies; Stratum V2 and version rolling are not enabled. Public deployment needs HTTPS, private RPC and operational monitoring.
